1. About these terms

This website, zarovaclothing.com, is operated by Zarova by RM ("Zarova", "we", "us"), based in Karachi, Pakistan. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the site with the involvement of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

3. Products and descriptions

We try to show our products as accurately as possible. Colours may look slightly different on your screen because of lighting and display settings. Fabric textures and small variations are part of our natural and crinkle-effect materials. Sizes follow our Size Guide; please check it before ordering.

4. Prices

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices can change without notice, but a change never affects an order you have already placed. We may correct pricing errors, and if an item is listed at the wrong price we may cancel the order and tell you.

5. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm it by WhatsApp, phone or email. We can refuse or cancel an order, for example for limited stock, a pricing error, an unreachable customer or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for online, we refund it in full.

6. Payment

We accept cash on delivery and online payment by card, JazzCash and Easypaisa. Online payments are processed by third-party payment providers, and we do not store your card details. For cash on delivery, you agree to pay the full amount to the courier when the parcel arrives.

7. Delivery

Delivery is within Pakistan only, as described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you when the parcel is delivered to the address you gave.

8. Exchanges and refunds

We offer exchanges only, under the conditions in our Returns & Exchanges Policy. Refunds are limited to the cases described in that policy.

9. Stock availability

Stock levels shown on product pages are updated regularly but can change quickly. If an item sells out between your order and our confirmation, we will contact you to offer an alternative or a refund of any online payment.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the Zarova by RM name and logo, photographs, designs and text, belongs to us or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or use it commercially without our written consent.

11. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, use it for unlawful purposes or provide false information when ordering.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Zarova is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or our products. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Pakistani consumer protection law.
