Shipping Policy

Where we deliver

Zarova by RM delivers across Pakistan. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Delivery time

Orders arrive in 5–7 working days from the day we confirm your order. Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Remote areas can take a day or two longer. We dispatch confirmed orders within 1–2 working days.

Delivery charges

Delivery is free on orders of PKR 8,000 and above. For orders below PKR 8,000, a flat delivery charge of PKR 300 applies. The charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

Order confirmation

We confirm every order by WhatsApp or phone before dispatch. For cash on delivery orders, please reply to our confirmation message so we can ship without delay. Orders we cannot confirm after two attempts may be cancelled.

Payment

You can pay by cash on delivery, or online by card, JazzCash or Easypaisa. Cash on delivery orders must be paid in full to the courier when the parcel arrives.

Tracking

Once your parcel ships, we send you the courier's tracking number by WhatsApp or email.

Delivery attempts and unreachable customers

The courier makes up to 2 delivery attempts. If your parcel cannot be delivered because the address is wrong or you are unreachable, it returns to us. We may then contact you to arrange redelivery at your cost, or cancel the order.

Damaged or incorrect parcels

Please check your parcel when it arrives. If it is damaged or you received the wrong item, message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a replacement at no charge to you.
