Orders & payment
How do I place an order?
Choose your item and size, add it to your cart and check out. We confirm every order on WhatsApp or by phone before dispatch.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cash on delivery, and online payment by card, JazzCash or Easypaisa.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, any time before it is dispatched. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number.
Delivery
Where do you deliver?
Anywhere in Pakistan. We do not ship internationally yet.
How long does delivery take?
5–7 working days from the day we confirm your order. Remote areas can take a day or two longer.
How much is delivery?
It is free on orders of PKR 8,000 and above. Below that, a flat PKR 300 applies.
How do I track my order?
We send you the courier's tracking number by WhatsApp or email once your parcel ships.
Exchanges
Can I return my order for a refund?
We offer exchanges only. Refunds are limited to online payments where we cannot fulfil your order or a payment is charged twice.
How long do I have to exchange an item?
7 days from delivery.
What condition must the item be in?
Unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in its original packaging.
Who pays for the exchange shipping?
You pay the courier for size exchanges. If your item is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, we pay all courier charges.
Sizing & care
How do I find my size?
Open the Size Guide on any product page. Our pieces are oversized by design, so you can choose your usual size for a relaxed fit.
Why does the colour look different from the photo?
Screens vary, and our crinkle and twill fabrics catch light differently. We photograph in natural light and aim to match the real colour as closely as we can.
How should I wash my Zarova pieces?
Gentle machine or hand wash in cold water, dry in shade and iron on low heat. Please check the care label on each piece.
What does "only X left" on a product page mean?
It is the number of pieces in stock for the size you selected. When a size sells out, it cannot be ordered.
